General Vendor Information

1. You must sell birds or a bird related item
2. Hall opens for exhibitors at 7:30am. You must be parked and have your table set up by 8:45.
3. Hall opens to the public at 9:00am until 3:00pm
4. 6ft. tables are provided Cost:1 table $40, 2 table's $60, 3 table's $80; each vendor will have 2 chairs, you may bring your own table cloth.
5. Payment and signed contract must be received by
March 1,2011 to reserve your space.
6. Space fee is non-refundable

Information for Breeders/Sale of Birds

1. All birds must be in a cage, per order of the hall and myself.
2. All birds must be in a clean cage and must have food and water
3. All birds must be healthy, any sign of a ill bird must be removed from your table

Other information

1. There is no entry fee for the public and lots of parking
2. You must have enough change and bags for customers
